Wait List Policy: If you are trying to sign up for a class that is full, we highly encourage you to put yourself on the waitlist. As students cancel, students on the wait list will be notified via email that they have been added. Reservations will be honored only up to the start of class. If you do not arrive prior to the start of class, your reservation will be forfeited to anyone on the wait list.
Late Entry Policy: New students may not enter a class late. Returning students may enter an ongoing class up to, but not after, 10 minutes into a 60-minute class and 5 minutes into a 45-minute class.
Late Cancel/No Show Policy: You have up to 1 hour before class starts to make any kind of changes to your schedule. If you cancel or reschedule a class in the online scheduler less than 1 hour of your scheduled class you will be charged for that class. If you don’t show up for a reserved class, one visit will be deducted from your class pass, or if you hold a month pass a day will be deducted from your month pass. DaileyCycle reservation cancellations will be accepted up to 12 hours in advance after which a late cancellation fee or full class charge will apply.
DaileyCycle Riders: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class starts to ensure you have enough time to set up your bike. Bring your clean runners or SPD compatible cycle shoes, water bottle, and barre socks. For everyone’s safety and to avoid disrupting the class, latecomers will not be allowed entry. DaileyCycle reservation cancellations will be accepted up to 12 hours in advance after which a late cancellation fee or full class charge will apply. If you do not show up 5 minutes before class for your reserved spot, then it may be given to a standby rider.
Attire: Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Preferably not too loose or baggy so teachers are able to see your alignment and form. Sticky socks with grips are required and we sell our trademark Dailey Method grip socks at the studio.
Pregnancy: The Dailey Method is a very safe workout for pregnant and post-partum women. A few minor modifications make this class a very thorough and effective workout to help women look and feel their best. Please note that a written consent from your doctor is required stating that you are cleared for core strengthening exercises.Close

This class is appropriate for all levels of students. The cuing and pacing are relatively quick, but options and modifications are given regularly to enable all students to be successful. Students are encouraged to work at their own level and to make the positioning the priority for each exercise. Movement is layered on after form and alignment is perfected. This is the ideal class to work on perfecting your practice while continuing to be challenged.
An ideal class for students that are new to The Method and for experienced students that want a truly focused work out. This class allows for time to assimilate the name and basic alignment principles for each exercise. There are fewer variations taught and more holds and cuing so that students can truly understand each position, why they are doing it and how to refine their own alignment within each exercise. This is incredibly beneficial in educating a new student and for helping experienced students to improve their own practice.
The class is a faster paced, 45-minute Dailey Method class that combines periods of high and low intensity movement for optimal cardiovascular results. The heart rate is elevated and brought down throughout the class, while recovery periods remain active. The interval training and fun, upbeat music give you the power and energy to bring your best to the more intense portions of The Dailey Method. This class is not recommended for first time students.
