When The Dailey Method opened nearly a year ago I had just had my third child in under four years. I was excited to give TDM a try and immediately saw changes in my level of energy, flexibility and core strength. TDM Op teachers are not only friendly but also extremely encouraging. I would highly recommended TDM Op to any new mom’s looking for a great workout!
The Dailey Method is the best workout out there. After an hour of intense but controlled movement, I feel rejuvenated. Taller, too. TDM in Oak Park is both tough and nurturing, with fantastic teachers who every day encourage me to push myself.
I came to TDM for my back. After herniating 2 discs in my lower back for the 3rd time I knew I needed to find something that would concentrate on strengthening my core yet was gentle and non-jarring to the spine. TDM has REALLY helped with my lower back- it is better than it has ever been in 30 yrs.!
I have been attending classes at the bright, beautiful Dailey Method Oak Park studio for nearly a year. Changing my workout with TDM has energized me and made staying fit enjoyable for the first time in a long time… After having two kids, I am so thrilled to see how much my body has changed! I am much stronger, leaner and more sculpted. My posture and flexibility have also vastly improved. The classes here are always upbeat and challenging for all fitness levels. Especially love how much of the focus is on your core and alignment. I can’t say enough about how motivating and knowledgeable the instructors are here! The results are worth it and that is what keeps me coming back for more!
