Our classes are driven by fitness research and our students’ needs. We offer individualized attention in a group setting to give you the strength, discipline, and joy to find to find ultimate alignment.
Erin Wetzel is a life long athlete having competed in group and individual sports all the way through college. An injury received while training for triathlons brought her to The Dailey Method to help rehabilitate her body and from there was born a passion for this low impact yet highly effective body and mind changing workout. Erin received her master certification through Jill Dailey and after having taught at the Burlingame game studio decided to open the doors to a beautiful 1700 square foot studio in the heart of San Jose’s, Willow Glen. Erin is also certified in Vinyasa & Power Yoga, Mat & Hot Pilates and recently received her Mad Dog, Schwinn and Cycle Fusion certifications. The teachers at the Willow Glen studio participate in a rigurious 4 month training program, engage in continuing education workshops throughout the year to ensure the highest level of knowledge and hands on training as needed to provide an impactful and safe workout for our Dailey Method students.
