Sarah is a St. Louis native who spent 15 years living in Chicago before moving back to raise her two children, near her family and the community she loved! Sarah is a lifelong fitness enthusiast; she is a runner, tri-athlete and enjoys yoga and any form of being active. Sarah realized several years ago, as a Dailey Method client that it offered her a targeted, efficient and challenging workout while being in a healthy, fun and non-competitive atmosphere! She loves teaching, inspiring and connecting with students and strives to deliver a community of love, support and friendships for all.
