Stephanie has been a student of the Lotte Berk-inspired exercise since 2009. A former competitive long-distance runner and spin instructor, Stephanie has always lived a very fitness-minded lifestyle and her enthusiasm for fitness and The Method inspired her to open her own studio in 2011. Stephanie truly believes The Dailey Method is the most efficient program for mind and body transformation and is excited to help create a space to share her passion for The Dailey Method and help others in her community find balance, strength and health in an encouraging and non-competitive atmosphere.
