Dawn is a Phoenix native and is a certified Master teacher and has taught The Dailey Method for a little over 6 years. Dawn has developed a deep personal appreciation for The Dailey Method having experienced a remarkable transformation with the method. In 2007 she lost over 120 lbs. with a change in diet and The Dailey Method. This experience made such a positive impact on her life she wanted to share this with others. “The Dailey Method helped me to discover a confident true sense of self that I never thought I would find again,” says Dawn. “I am also able to perform better in all physical aspects of my life, and the workout is fun!”
