In addition, our studio now offers Dailey Cycle, the bike-to-barre class that gives you more. Using The Dailey Method’s signature focus on alignment and form, this class delivers a balanced, full body workout resulting in a fun, high-calorie burn.
- Leanne Kurtzweil
Leanne is a lifelong fitness enthusiast with an athletic background; she played soccer at the University of Illinois and ran marathons before she found The Dailey Method. She was instantly drawn to the physical and mental benefits of the practice. Leanne trained under TDM founder Jill Dailey and began teaching at both the Bucktown and La Grange studios in 2009. Before teaming up with Tami Conway to open TDM North Shore, Leanne had a successful ten-year career in Commercial Finance at GE Capital. She graduated with a degree in finance from the University of Illinois.
- Katy Kerr
Katy has always had a passion for fitness and health and started teaching at The Dailey Method Bucktown in 2009. After graduating from the University of Alabama and earning her Masters in Counseling Education from Loyola University (Maryland), she moved to the Chicagoland area in early 2006 where she first discovered the different barre disciplines. An avid runner, with an extensive background in competitive dance and swimming, she was seeking an alternative exercise to build strength, lengthen muscles and increase her level of core conditioning. She has had two children since she started teaching in Bucktown, and credits her strength and energy throughout her pregnancies to The Dailey Method. Katy has enjoyed every facet of teaching and watching students minds, bodies and spirits transform as a result of their practice. Along with Leanne, she is excited to introduce The Dailey Method to the Northbrook/Glenview community.
