Amber found her passion for The Dailey Method in 2010 when she was looking for a pre-wedding workout. After one class she was hooked. She loved so many aspects of the class, but most of all she loved the support from the inviting community. Amber became an instructor in 2011 and quickly learned that The Dailey Method was more than just exercise; it was a total transformation of mind, body, and spirit. This newfound personal growth led her to her dreams of becoming an owner. She feels blessed to be able to share her passion with others and looks forward to building lifelong relationships in her community. Amber was classically trained in all styles of dance for 15 years and danced professionally for over 5 years. Throughout that time, she also trained young students to dance competitively. As a nationally certified and licensed massage therapist, she practiced massage therapy for 3 years before discovering her calling with TDM. She is also pursuing a degree in Business Management. Amber’s background and versatility makes The Dailey Method a perfect fit. In her free time, Amber loves spending time with her family, going on walks, and keeping up with the latest shows and movies. Her favorite guilty pleasure is wine and chocolate, favorite workout song is the latest jam of course, and favorite exercise is prone seatwork.
