With a lifelong love of fitness Desiree found The Dailey Method after having her first child and was amazed, this practice not only helped her quickly regain her pre-natal physique but find the strength and results she was never able to achieve in any other form of fitness. She began teaching The Dailey Method in 2010, and has spent many years practicing various forms of Yoga, leading her to become certified as a Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher. In Desiree’s classes you will focus on the core principles of alignment to build strength, flexibility and self-awareness. With the breath as your guide you will move with mindfulness and a focus on the connection between breath, mind and body to keep you challenged, engaged and present.
In 2011, Desiree was honored to be named an ambassador for lululemon athletica for her teaching at The Dailey Method and contributions to the community. She believes greatly in giving back to her community and works actively as a volunteer with the Junior League of San Jose, as well as various other organizations annually. Her goal at The Dailey Method Morgan Hill is to create a space to encourage, empower and inspire others to find balance, strength and health inside & out.
