A lifetime fitness enthusiast, Erin has been a student of ballet for over 13 years. She has also competed in triathlons and run in seven marathons. Following her heart, she became a fitness teacher in 2005 and was introduced to The Dailey Method shortly thereafter. Her passion for the class was immediate. “The Dailey Method is the only workout where I continually see changes to my body,” says Erin. “I feel stronger and more toned. Not to mention it helps to prevent injury—and it’s fun!”
