Sandra has always enjoyed a great workout and participated in a variety of sports. She was an avid figure skater and enjoyed other sports from softball to snow boarding; Sandra thought she was in good shape. When she took her first Dailey Method class she realized that her workouts were not balanced. The Dailey Method was exactly what she needed as it offered the best balanced workout she had experienced. Sandra also noticed that her back problems were eliminated after only a few months of taking class. Sandra knew she wanted to become an teacher after the first class! She has trained with both Stacey Armijo and Jill Dailey and became an teacher by the time Roseville studio first opened!
