As seen in In Style, Allure, San Francisco Magazine, 7×7, and more, The Dailey Method effectively tones, lengthens, and strengthens the entire body in just 60 minutes. Our workout combines ballet barre work, core conditioning, stretching and orthopedic exercises. students of all fitness levels and backgrounds are welcome. Experienced teachers will work with you individually throughout class to ensure that you receive the best possible workout for your body. The Dailey Method, Denver is the first in Colorado, and is located on 44th and Tennyson Street in The Highlands. This location features two large, light-filled studio rooms, full-service locker rooms with showers, a large selection of high-quality retail and active wear, and 2-hour, non-metered street parking. Convenient class times are offered every day of the week and childcare is offered Monday through Saturday. The Dailey Method, Denver-Highlands is owned and managed by Carrie Krane. Carrie was immediately drawn to The Dailey Method when she became a client in 2004 in San Francisco. In 2009, she received her Master Certification under Jill Dailey McIntosh. She taught at multiple Bay Area studio locations for 4-years before moving and owning the first Colorado studio. Carrie went to CU Boulder and is excited to be back!
