Tami and Brett Conway own the Chicago studio. Tami comes to The Dailey Method with over 15 years of combined experience in fitness instruction and formal dance training. Tami danced for the University of Missouri and later performed with the Chicago Bulls Dance Team. Brett’s training and experience as a former NFL player further strengthens the management focus on fitness and athleticism. “After extensive personal experience with many different forms of fitness training, I am convinced The Dailey Method regimen is the most effective way to achieve aggressive fitness goals while keeping safety and form at the forefront. I’ve tried them all and the Dailey Method is the most personally gratifying.”
