Dorina Montgomery fell in love with the Dailey Method in Vancouver when she regularly practiced the method in Canada’s first Dailey Method studio. After her very first class, she knew that this is and will always be her favorite workout, which she is now excited to share with Calgary! Dori has trained with the Dailey Method in both Vancouver and in San Francisco under Jill Dailey McIntosh, the founder of the Dailey Method. Early in her life, Dori was drawn to ballet and its grace. She is a certified Pilates teacher and found the Dailey Method to be the perfect blend of Pilates and ballet barre exercise that provides a challenging and effective workout. Her love for fitness, beauty and health make owning a Dailey Method barre studio her dream come true.
