    Lauren and Helga both fell in love with The Dailey Method while living in the Bay Area. After seeing amazing changes in their bodies (improved posture, longer and leaner muscles), and becoming part of such a supportive and uplifting TDM community inside and outside of the studio, both of them knew that they wanted to be able to provide the same experience to others. After relocating to Los Angeles, Lauren and Helga teamed up to bring their passion for TDM to the Calabasas studio.

    The Dailey Method is a practice – commit to making it a part of your life, and you will continuously see positive changes in your mind, body and soul.
