How does it work?

Kick off the shoes, rock out to some fun music, relish the burn, and be a part of an awesome community. We’re ready to help you transform your life. The Dailey Method is the fastest way to a strong, lean, sculpted body. From pilates and yoga, to ballet barre, our classes are an ever-evolving mix of movement that offers the extreme benefits from many different disciplines. Our classes are driven by fitness research and our clients’ needs.

Each class begins with high rep movements in a very small range of motion, effectively toning, elongating, and isolating the muscles. We focus on the triceps, biceps, shoulders and chest, back, seat, and legs. After working each muscle group, we stretch, shaping and leaning out the muscles, and bringing balance through increased flexibility. Our core engagement exercises emphasize our quest for ultimate alignment, learning to stabilize the muscles closest to the spine, improving our natural, functional spine position. This is very important for posture and overall spinal health; especially as we age.

The Dailey Method studios are each led by Dailey Method Master Teachers, ensuring that no matter where your studio, you will experience the most efficient and effective group workout on the planet.

But don’t just take our word for it, try a class today to find out what all the buzz is about. All of our studios offer amazing deals and promotions for new students.

  • Kari M. Vancouver

I found out about the Dailey Method early in 2013 as I was looking for a new exercise program – I tried a class and loved it from day 1. The instructors are upbeat, encouraging, positive and inspiring. My practice includes all 3 classes – Principles, Mixed and Interval – all are challenging and provide me a great workout, and it didn’t take long to see results.

“I also love the mind-body connection and how I feel after attending a class. Thank you Dailey Method Vancouver!”

    – Kari M. Vancouver
  • “Barre” none The Dailey Method is the best overall body work out I have found. It’s part strength training, stretching, barre work, and core conditioning with aspects of Pilates and yoga in a setting that is both fun and energetic. You’ll find each session both personally challenging and satisfying in defining a new level of fitness.

  • I am sure you get plenty of feedback on how your classes have done wonders for students’ overall appearance, core strength and flexibility. What I am not sure you are aware of is what you do for students like myself on the inside. Two years ago when I started classes, I found myself in tears because I felt soooo good from the inside out. I was so excited to have found an exercise program I truly enjoyed and worked me hard at the same time. It prepared me for a tough year ahead that I did not know was coming. A year ago, my family went through some devastating times. It was serious, but thankfully, we are in a much better place and I am hopeful. The only thing I could get myself to do aside from the day-to-day was go to TDM.  It kept me from falling apart and I was able to work out an incredible amount of anger in thigh work. I also sought comfort in running but it didn’t compare to going to class and, for one hour, being able to concentrate on myself. It is clear to me how passionate you are about what you do and I want you to know how you have helped me (and countless others, I’m sure). I always tell my kids that its important to be kind because we never know what someone else might be going through. TDM has been kind to me.

  • Sara Provenzano, Elmhurst

“My Dailey practice has taught me that when you are preparing for something challenging inside and outside the studio you need to breathe to make space for it. This committed practice inside and outside the studio has taught me to have a strong foundation, align then move. It has become a way of life for me personally and professionally to be just as strong as I am flexible.”

    – Sara Provenzano, Elmhurst
  • “Nothing else I’ve tried comes close to feeling as healthy or as effective as the low impact, slow and controlled movements of TDM.  I love the instructors, the other clients, and the warm and encouraging atmosphere. The Dailey Method has become a staple in my life and I’m so grateful to have found it.”

    – Julia B., Calabasas
  • “The instructors really care if you have correct form, which doesn’t always happen in other group exercise classes.”

    – Erin W., Santa Rosa
FAQs
How is The Dailey Method different from anything else out there?

Non-impact, weight-bearing exercises are the most efficient movement for muscle strength. Physical results come quickly because muscles respond naturally to this approach. Added to our obsession with healthy neutral spine position, and our focus on education and individual attention, and The Dailey Method is like nothing else

How often do I need to come to see results?

You will feel it on the very first class. Come three times per week, for six weeks and you will experience a significant increase in strength and flexibility and notice improved tone in your body. Greater results are achieved with more frequency per week and continuity over time.

Do students need to be at a certain fitness level or age to attend The Dailey Method?

Anyone interested in improving their fitness level; including increased strength, flexibility, stamina, better posture and body awareness are welcome. Our students range from 14 to 75 years old.

Is The Dailey Method an aerobic workout?
