"My husband Dan and I love coming to The Dailey Method.  We enjoy coming to class together - especially the Happy Hours on Friday nights. He joined about a year ago because he wanted some exercise. "I just wanted to tell you what a great organization you have established in Naperville.  I am in the customer service business, and I always am so excited when I find a person or a place who provides such a great service with as much enthusiasm as you all do. Even though you probably hear these type of stories all of the time, I thought maybe it might be nice for your staff to hear what an impact they have made in my life in the past two weeks.  Three years ago, I completely shattered my ankle.  I was in a wheelchair, on bed rest for 6 months with my ankle higher than my head, and have of course been through quite a few years of physical therapy.  At one point I had a full time job, in just rehabbing my ankle and leg.  To add insult to my injury, I am a dedicated and passionate hair colorist who needs to stand all of the time.  Earlier this year, my doctors and therapists had told me that maybe I need to start thinking about a career change. I have been in my industry for almost 15 years, and could not think of anything else that I love to do more.  I took a different approach, beginning March 2nd and started treating my entire body, through strength training and massage to bring myself, at the very least to being able to work an entire day without pain.  I have seen such a transformation, in the two weeks that I have attended The Dailey Method, (is it possible?).  That I am pain free at work... and in addition, my massage therapist has never seen my body be so free and mobile.   I want you all to know that I am almost crying right now, writing this e-mail to you, because this has been such a long journey for me.  I LOVE THE DAILEY METHOD! I am so happy to refer anyone to you (and trust me... I know a lot of people... and obviously, I never shut up:)  And just in case you all needed a pat on the back for being positive and beautiful role models in our community... here it is.  Thank you so much. "I wanted to give you a little personal feedback on how much you and The Dailey Method have done for me.  I am sure you get plenty of feedback on how your classes have done wonders for clients' overall appearance, core strength and flexibility.  What I am not sure you are aware of is what you do for clients like myself on the inside.  Two years ago when I started classes, I found myself in tears because I felt soooo good from the inside out. I was so excited to have found an exercise program I truly enjoyed and worked me hard at the same time.   It prepared me for a tough year ahead that I did not know was coming. A year ago, my family went through some devastating times. It was serious, but thankfully, we are in a much better place and I am hopeful. The only thing I could get myself to do aside from the day-to-day was go to TDM.   It kept me from falling apart and I was able to work out an incredible amount of anger in thigh work.  I also sought comfort in running but it didn't compare to going to class and, for one hour, being able to concentrate on myself.  It is clear to me how passionate you are about what you do and I want you to know how you have helped me (and countless others, I'm sure).  I always tell my kids that its important to be kind because we never know what someone else might be going through.  TDM has been kind to me.:)" - Meg, Naperville
