I'm very happy to have found a well-rounded exercise program that I can stick with. I used to run regularly and always felt like I needed to do some weight-bearing exercises or that I needed to stretch more. I did barre-based exercise DVDs, which are great, but after a while, my body got used to the same routines and wasn't challenged. The Dailey Method packs in a lot in one hour and has practically no risk of injuries. The teachers constantly make minor changes in the routines, so I feel different muscles and intensities after every class. It has been almost two months, and I see many big and small changes in my body and my spirit. I can now do full push-ups. I notice more definition in my muscles, my skin tone seems to have improved as well, but the biggest difference is my posture.
