The Dailey Method Berkeley has brought a smart, proven approach to getting leaner and more fit to the heart of Berkeley’s lively Elmwood district. Located at 2631B Ashby Ave, the spacious studio offers convenient class times, two spa-like locker rooms and onsite childcare. An ample parking lot is conveniently located behind the building. The Dailey Method Berkeley is committed to providing the highest quality group fitness classes available. Our staff is skilled at helping students of all fitness levels achieve their personal goals in an attentive, encouraging and non-competitive atmosphere. The Dailey Method Berkeley was created by Susan Willrich and Kerry Corcoran in partnership with The Dailey Method. Kerry, co-owner and manager of the Berkeley studio, has been a student of Lotte Berk-inspired exercise since 2003. A critical care nurse for over a decade, Kerry was immediately attracted to The Dailey Method’s focus on proper alignment and core strengthening. Under the instruction of Jill Dailey McIntosh and Susan Willrich, she became a certified teacher in 2005. Kerry’s background as a lifelong dancer and healthcare professional has helped her become one of the most popular Dailey Method teachers. She is dedicated to combining her two passions to help others create stronger, healthier bodies. Susan introduced The Dailey Method to the East Bay in 2005. She is the owner and operator of The Dailey Method Piedmont. An teacher in the original Dailey Method San Francisco and Marin locations, Susan was certified under the personal instruction of Jill Dailey McIntosh in 2003. A graduate of UC Berkeley, Susan is excited to help bring The Dailey Method to the Elmwood district. She looks forward to introducing more people to this invigorating and highly effective form of exercise.
